Our Staff Requirements

Compliance

We want our Healthcare personnel to hit the ground running ASAP. That’s why we’re asking any competent candidates to act fast and prepare for our recruitment process. Here are the requirements for personnel of D’Real Care Services.

Staff Requirements

For Nurses

  • Updated CV or a completed application form.
  • One (1) valid ID (preferably passport/driving license)
  • Two (2) completed character Reference Form
  • Two (2) proofs of address from the past three (3) months for completion of a Disclosure and
  • Barring Service (DBS) – formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). If you have a new DBS (less than 3 months) then no need to apply for one. We offer free DBS/CRB checks. Please give us a call for more details.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (if required).Proof of immunization to Measles, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B.
  • For those who will undertake exposure-prone assignments, proof of immunization to Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis C antibodies and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
  • Training documents – We can arrange training for those who have incomplete documents

    Infection Control

    Manual Handling

    The Manual Handling training course is designed for people who have regular contact with patients and need to move them in order to provide care or treatment. It covers key areas such as safe manual handling techniques, equipment use, patient transfer techniques, lifting techniques and much more.

    SOVA & SOCA

    The SOVA and SOCA team work to provide education, training, guidance, support and advice to those who work with vulnerable adults or children. The team also helps organisations to ensure that they have the right policies in place to safeguard those who are vulnerable.
